Accommodation
A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the delegates in university guesthouses around the conference venue. The reservations will be made on first come, first served basis by the conference secretariat. However the official travel agent Conferences & Incentives Management (I) Pvt. Ltd (CIM) has negotiated good prices in different hotels including budget accommodation. As the month of December is the peak season for tourists, you are recommended to book your accommodation early. The following are the list of guesthouses available
The guest house rooms are available at actual rates and nominal administrative charges will be added during booking. Reservations should be made on or before August 31, 2008.
