TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPARTURE OF
All tours to depart from the respective hotels of the delegates. Time of departure would differ depending on itineraries, however exact time of departure will be communicated to you as soon you make a confirm booking. Incase tours finishes at a different cities than
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
25% non-refundable deposit of the tour cost is required to confirm your booking (except for spouse program, where 100% advance payment is required).
PACKAGE INCLUDES
Accommodation in 3 or 4 Star hotels or equivalent hotel with private facilities, Daily Buffet Breakfast, Sightseeing as per itinerary All transportation by AC vehicle, Airfare supplement is additional.
- Expenses of personal nature, meals are not included.
- Rates may vary due to change in government policies.
- Airfare would be charged extra wherever applicable on actual basis.
AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
Should you be forced to amend or cancel your booking, you must notify the Company in writing. Appropriate cancellation charges will be applicable.

ITINERARY CHANGES
For the comfort and convenience of our clients, we may have to reverse the direction or slightly amend the Itinerary. We will always try to advice you of these amendments, particularly in the case of those passengers who depart well advance of the tour departure date. The organisers will not be responsible for any itinerary changes due to cancellation of Flights and transportation, over which Conferences & Incentives Management (I) Pvt. Ltd. has no direct control. Any additional cost arising out of it will be borne by client only.
